Tiny House 03:30
Welcome to my tiny house It's tiny because I'm a mouse Here I live a happy life With my children and my wife At night she tucks them in bed and says, "I love you more than you'll ever know." And then she comes to me Snuggles up next to me Together now comfortably Happy as can be The next day we all rise, and inside we are all happy We are as strong as our foundation; our eyes are wide and can see Within the walls of this little house, we will always be born free

Now she's afraid Remembers what she made Feeling the guilt She knows what she built And she will try to run away But her pain will always stay She has tried to make it alright But she's wasted all of her might It's far too late now She has taken everything Gone before asked how She must avoid the sting Moves to a new place Gone without a trace And now she has run away But her pain will always stay A blank slate to make it alright But she's wasting all of her might

I am standing in a green room, and then I realize I am dreaming and begin to fly around with a smile on my face. Then I look into a mirror and I see my eyes. They aren't there. Just a couple of fleshy holes. My glasses fly off of my face, and back on again. I continue to fly around and enjoy my time around, with no eyes, and a big ol' smile on my face. On my face, in the green room.

Garden 02:29
Hidden land of beauty Away from all humanity Flower beds filled with shapes never seen Forests stand tall and green Unseen, and that's what's wonderful Free to move like an open waterfall Open fields allowed to prosper and grow A gentle sun allowed to glow Here grows a wonderful garden Free of pain and all burden Hidden land of beauty Away from all humanity

The Captain 03:26
The Captain is the only one left on board now Growling sky above, it's time for him to return to form Sailing alone and wishing he'd touch the land somehow He grabs the wheel of the ship and sails out into the storm The ship is tossed in the sea "This will be the end of me." He holds his ground The ship bounces around He hears a cracking sound Deep into the ocean bound Now it's too late; the ship has fallen and now he is sinking, and he will join his crew at the bottom of the ocean.

I am a man who is trapped in between moving dimensions, taking it all in through these eyes. I am the observer who hovers above you, and you can't hear my voice even though I am screaming.

I found the key to life inside of a honey bucket, and now all I want to do is spread the love so that they can spread out their wings (like a dove). Inside of a honey soaked portfolio, there is a big list, and now all I want to do is share with them the names they missed (so they can give love to those both big and small). Moving around platforms in order to embark to them the love filled goo. It's something they don't understand or comply to, but I act on what external eyes ask me to do. It's what I must do for you. Lift you up when you're blue. Embrace you and make you new. Be with you through and through.

about

Fall Afternoon Champaign, Illinois

Fall Afternoon is a project that works to create larger-than-life experiences with stark minimalism. The feeling of intimate, unpolished playing in a small bedroom for a few quietly attentive listeners is prioritized, forcing the bare and raw emotions of the musician's heart to take precedence above all else. ... more
